He was recommended to me by a friend, and I was immediately impressed by the professionalism with which he assessed the job to be done, by his attitude and approach, by the promptness with which he came back to me with a quotation and a timescale and by the fact that he carried out exactly what he said he would.
Throughout my dealings with Dean a number of things have characterised his and his colleagues' approach:
- Promptness (he does what he says he'll do in the timescale he says he'll do it in);
- Craftsmanship (he does an excellent job to a very high standard);
- Cleanliness and tidyness (although the work he did for me involved all sorts of messy stuff like knocking down walls, building kitchen and so on, my house was tidy and emmaculate when I returned to it each evening);
- Reliability (he gave quotations and stuck to them, even though occasionally things beyond his control happened);
- Professionalism (he knows exactly what he's doing, supplies intelligent and comprehensible quotations and invoices, and was efficient in all his dealings with me);
